from Puebla, Mexico. Based in London since 2016. I'm a Product Designer working at EY TTT, building a platform that helps Tax Professionals leverage GenAI to streamline their workflows, both internally and with clients. I solve problems through empathy, research, technology, and design
I hold an MSc in Social and Cultural Psychology from the LSE, where I developed qualitative research skills that I now apply. I value the importance of understanding the human in its context and, in turn, inform the products I help design.
